Shipping Charges

• To guarantee delivery, proper and complete addresses are needed. If your package returns to us, we will contact the sender. If you choose to reship the package, you will have to pay for reshipment.
• Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship 2nd day air; please e-mail for shipping rates.
• Orders ship within 72 hours of receiving.
• All in-stock orders should be received within 7-10 business days
• Expedited Delivery is available; please e-mail for options.

Delivery/Shipping Surcharges: (DSS)

• Certain items that are oversized, heavy, require special packaging or are being delivered to remote locations are more costly to ship. These items have a surcharge from UPS. The delivery surcharge may be in addition to the standard shipping charges.

Substitutions and Arrival Dates

• If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
• You and those who receive your gifts must be delighted, or we'll make it right with either an appropriate replacement or a full refund - whichever you prefer.
